19AD Deemed refusal of renewal
If, at the end of 60 days after an application for a renewal of a licence is made under section 19AA, the CEO has not:
renewed the licence under section 19AC; or
refused the application under section 19AC; or
made a request under section 19AB;
the CEO is taken to have refused the application under section 19AC on the last of the 60 days.
If:
the CEO gives an applicant notice under section 19AB requiring the applicant to give to the CEO further information relating to the application; and
at the end of 60 days after the information is given to the CEO, the CEO has not:
renewed the licence under section 19AC; or
refused the application under section 19AC; or
made a further request under section 19AB;
the CEO is taken to have refused the application under section 19AC on the last of the 60 days.
