122 Presiding Members of Selection Committees
(1)
The Minister must appoint a person as the Presiding Member of the Selection Committee for each R&D Corporation.
(2)
A Presiding Member is to be appointed on a part‑time basis.
(3)
A Presiding Member holds office for the period, not exceeding 3 years, specified in the instrument of appointment but is eligible for re‑appointment.
