102 Availability of assistance and use of force in entering accident site premises
In entering accident site premises without the consent of the occupier of the premises:
(a)
an Investigator may get such assistance as is necessary and reasonable; and
(b)
the Investigator or a person assisting may use such force against the occupier and things as is necessary and reasonable.
