316 Powers of ART for purposes of ART review
Despite section 54 of the ART Act, the ART must not, for the purposes of an ART review, exercise a power or discretion conferred by any of the following provisions of this Act:
(a)
a provision dealing with the form and place of lodgement of a claim;
(b)
a provision dealing with the manner of payment of financial supplement;
(c)
subsection 42(3) (notice requiring payment to the Commonwealth);
(d)
sections 343 to 345 (notice requiring information from any person);
(e)
section 305 or 314 (continuation of payment pending review of adverse decision).
