317 Certain decisions on ART review
If, on ART review of a decision, the ART sets the decision aside under section 105 of the ART Act and substitutes for it a decision that the person is entitled to financial supplement, the ART must:
(a)
assess the rate at which financial supplement is to be paid to the person; or
(b)
ask the Secretary to assess the rate at which financial supplement is to be paid to the person.
