51 Refund of contributions in event of resignation, dismissal or discharge
(1)
Where a contributor resigns, or is dismissed or is discharged, there shall be paid to him the amount of the contributions paid by him to the Fund.
(2)
This section does not apply to a contributor who resigns, or is dismissed or discharged, on or after 1 July 1976.
