153AA Interpretation
In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:
Committee means a Reconsideration Advisory Committee established under section 153AB.
decision means a decision of CSC under this Act or the regulations other than:
a decision in respect of the investment of the Fund; or
a determination under subsection 110Q(1A); or
a determination under section 110SD; or
a determination under section 154A; or
a decision:
to make, or to refuse to make, an agreement with the Minister under section 51, 133, 134, 139A or 145; or
to agree, or to refuse to agree, to vary or terminate such an agreement; or
a decision to consent, or not to consent, to:
a proposed declaration or determination by the Minister referred to in section 167AB; or
the making of regulations.
Despite subsection 16(2), 46(2), 47(2), 50(2) or 53(2) of the Superannuation Legislation Amendment Act 1991, the doing of anything, or the refusal to do anything, by the Minister under a provision of the Superannuation Act 1976 referred to in the subsection concerned is not a decision for the purposes of this Part.
