1.1 Paragraph 139 (1) (b):
Omit "5 years' ", substitute "1 year's."
1.2 Subparagraph 139 (2) (b) (i):
Omit "5 years' " , substitute "1 year's".
1.3 Subparagraph 139 (2) (c) (i):
Omit the subparagraph, substitute:
"(i) the person's 55th birthday; and".
1.4 Subsections 139 (3), (4), (6) and (7):
Omit the subsections.
