11 Meaning of gate movement
Gate movement means:
(a)
the first movement of an aircraft after its external doors have been closed in preparation for an *aircraft movement that is a take‑off; or
(b)
the last movement of an aircraft immediately before the moment when, after an aircraft movement that is a landing, the aircraft parks at a bay.
