34 Minister to make Slot Management Scheme
(1)
The Minister must, by legislative instrument, make a scheme (the Slot Management Scheme) for the allocation and management of permissions for *gate movements at Sydney Airport.
(2)
A permission for a *gate movement is called a slot.
