38 Key features of a slot
(1)
A slot allocated under the *Slot Management Scheme permits a specified *gate movement at a specified time on a specified day.
(2)
The use of a slot may be subject to conditions imposed on the slot.
(3)
A slot allocated under the Scheme is not transferable, except in accordance with provisions in the Scheme about swapping slots.
(4)
A slot:
(a)
is not property; and
(b)
does not create rights or obligations that are enforceable against any person.
(5)
The permission granted by a slot is subject to other laws that impose requirements or restrictions on or in relation to *aircraft movements or *gate movements.
