360XAH Compliance audits
The ACMA may conduct an audit of a statutory infrastructure provider for the purpose of determining whether the statutory infrastructure provider is complying, or has complied, with this Part.
An audit conducted under subsection (1) is to be known as a compliance audit.
If a compliance audit of a statutory infrastructure provider is being conducted by the ACMA, the statutory infrastructure provider must:
cooperate fully with the ACMA in relation to the compliance audit; and
provide the ACMA with all reasonable facilities and assistance in relation to the compliance audit.
This section does not limit any of the ACMA’s other powers or functions.
