360Z Register of statutory infrastructure providers and anticipatory notices
The ACMA is to maintain a Register in which the ACMA includes:
the name of each statutory infrastructure provider; and
for each of those providers—the relevant service area or areas; and
subject to subsections (4) and (5), a copy of each notice given by a carrier or carriage service provider under:
subsection 360HA(1); or
subsection 360HA(2); or
subsection 360HA(3); or
subsection 360HA(4); or
subsection 360HC(1); or
subsection 360HC(2).
The Register may be maintained by electronic means.
The Register is to be made available for inspection on the ACMA’s website.
If an area specified in a notice given under a provision mentioned in paragraph (1)(c) consists of, or is included in, a nominated service area, the ACMA may:
annotate the copy of the notice that is included in the Register with a statement to the effect that the area specified in the notice consists of, or is included in, a specified nominated service area; or
remove the notice from the Register.
If an area specified in a notice given under a provision mentioned in paragraph (1)(c) consists of, or is included in, an anticipated service area, the ACMA may:
annotate the copy of the notice that is included in the Register with a statement to the effect that the area specified in the notice consists of, or is included in, a specified anticipated service area; or
remove the notice from the Register.
