457 Numbering plan—allocation otherwise than in accordance with an allocation system
The numbering plan must impose the following requirements in relation to an application for the allocation of a number otherwise than in accordance with an allocation system determined under section 463:
a requirement that the application must be accompanied by the charge (if any) fixed by a determination under section 60 of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005;
a requirement that the applicant must tender the amount of charge (if any) imposed on the allocation by Part 2 of the Telecommunications (Numbering Charges) Act 1997.
If an applicant tenders an amount as mentioned in paragraph (1)(b), but the application is not successful, the amount is to be refunded to the applicant.
