64 Consultation about declared licence conditions

(1)

Before making an instrument under subsection 63(1), (2), (5) or (6) that relates to a licence, the Minister must first:

(a)

cause the holder of the licence to be given a written notice setting out a draft version of the instrument and inviting the holder to make submissions to the Minister on the draft; and

(b)

consider any submissions that were received within the time limit specified in the notice.

(2)

The time limit specified in a notice under subsection (1) must be at least 30 days.

(3)

Before making an instrument under subsection 63(3) that relates to a licence, the Minister must first:

(a)

cause the applicant for the licence to be given a written notice setting out a draft version of the instrument and inviting the applicant to make submissions to the Minister on the draft; and

(b)

consider any submissions that were received within the time limit specified in the notice.
