67 Carrier licence conditions—special provisions
(1)
A condition of a carrier licence held by a carrier has effect subject to the provisions of a licence under the Radiocommunications Act 1992 under which the carrier is authorised to do something.
(2)
A condition of a carrier licence held by a carrier may remove or restrict a right or privilege that the carrier would otherwise have under a provision of this Act (whether or not in the carrier’s capacity as a carrier).
(3)
In this section:
this Act includes the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Act 1999 and regulations under that Act.
