41 Appointment of members
(1)
A member is appointed to a committee for the term stated in the member’s instrument of appointment.
(2)
A term of appointment must not be longer than 3 years.
(3)
A member, other than a member mentioned in subregulation (4), must not be appointed for more than 3 consecutive terms.
(4)
A member appointed to a committee before the commencement of this subregulation must not be appointed for more than 3 further consecutive terms.
