58 Enforcement of orders of New Zealand courts and tribunals
(1)
An order under section 57 must be complied with.
(2)
Subject to the Federal Court Rules, the order may be enforced by the Federal Court as if the order were an order of the Federal Court.
(3)
Without limiting subsection (2), a person who contravenes the order:
(a)
is in contempt of the Federal Court; and
(b)
is punishable accordingly;
unless the person establishes that the contravention should be excused.
