101Q Interaction between this Part and Part 7
If, apart from this section, a person would be required to give the same information to the Bureau under this Part and Part 7:
(a)
the person is required to give the information under this Part; and
(b)
if the person gives the information under this Part—the person is not required to give the information under Part 7.
