Application of this Act

In force

This Act applies with respect to the following:

(a)

corporations to which paragraph 51(xx) of the Constitution applies;

(b)

trade or commerce:

(i)

with other countries; or

(ii)

among the States; or

(iii)

between a State and a Territory; or

(iv)

between 2 Territories;

(c)

the Commonwealth and agencies of the Commonwealth;

(d)

things authorised by the legislative power of the Commonwealth under paragraph 51(xxxix) of the Constitution, so far as it relates to the matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c) of this section.
