10C Grants relating to grape or wine research and development activities
(1)
The Authority may make a grant of financial assistance to a State if the grant relates to grape or wine research and development activities.
(2)
The terms and conditions on which that financial assistance is granted are to be set out in a written agreement between the Authority and the State.
(3)
For the purposes of this section, State includes:
(a)
the Australian Capital Territory; and
(b)
the Northern Territory.
