11 Committees
(1)
The Authority may appoint a committee to assist the Authority in relation to a matter.
(1A)
Without limiting subsection (1), the Authority may appoint a committee under that subsection to perform the functions appropriate for an executive committee of the Authority.
(2)
A committee established under this section shall consist of such persons, including at least 1 director of the Authority, as the Authority thinks fit.
