26 Presiding at meetings
(1)
The Chair of the Authority presides at all meetings at which he or she is present.
(2)
If the Chair of the Authority is not present at a meeting:
(a)
the Deputy Chair must preside; or
(b)
if the Deputy Chair is not present—the directors of the Authority present must appoint one of themselves to preside.
