26C Conduct of meetings
(1)
The Authority may, subject to this Division, regulate proceedings at its meetings as it considers appropriate.
Note:
Section 33B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 provides for participation in meetings by telephone etc.
(2)
The Authority may invite a person to attend a meeting of the Authority for the purpose of advising or informing the Authority on any matter.
(3)
A person referred to in subsection (2) is to be paid such fees, allowances and expenses (if any) as the Authority determines in respect of the person’s attendance at a meeting of the Authority.
