20 Authority to carry out ancillary activities
An access order authorises:
(a)
the access to and the remaining on the land concerned of such persons authorised by the applicant as are reasonably necessary to carry out the work, and
(b)
the applicant to bring on, leave on and remove from the land such materials, plant and equipment as are reasonably necessary for carrying out the work, and
(c)
the applicant to remove from the land any waste that may arise from carrying out the work.
