Administrative Changes Orders 1977–2023

The persons employed in the Office of Environment and Heritage or the Department of Planning and Environment to enable the Historic Houses Trust to exercise its functions are transferred to the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

In any document, a reference to the Office of Environment and Heritage or the Department of Planning and Environment is, if used in relation to a part of that Office or Department referred to in subclause (1), to be construed as a reference to the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
