Construction of references to DFSI in Public Works and Procurement Act 1912

In force

A reference to the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation in section 165 of the Public Works and Procurement Act 1912 is to be construed as a reference to the Treasury.

This clause is taken to have commenced on the commencement of the Administrative Arrangements (Administrative Changes—Public Service Agencies) Amendment Order 2019.
