Transfer of Guardianship Tribunal staff to Department of Attorney General and Justice

The group of staff in the Department of Human Services who are employed to enable the Guardianship Tribunal to exercise its functions are removed from that Department and added to the Department of Attorney General and Justice.

(2)

In any document, a reference to the Department of Human Services is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Attorney General and Justice if the reference is used in relation to the group of staff referred to in subclause (1).
