Change of name of Transport NSW

In force

(1)

The name of Transport NSW is changed to the Department of Transport.

(2)

The Department of Transport is responsible to the following Ministers—

(a)

Minister for Transport,

(b)

Minister for Roads and Ports.

(3)

In any document, a reference to Transport NSW is to be construed as a reference to the Department of Transport.
