5 Agreements to be in writing
(1)
An owner and a tenant each have the right to have the provisions of any agreement creating the tenancy reduced to writing signed by the other party.
(2)
If the owner and the tenant cannot agree on the terms of an agreement that is to be reduced to writing, the terms of the agreement may be determined by the Tribunal.
