7 Changes in particulars to be notified—the Act, s 62
A corporation that is an accredited research establishment must, within 30 days after each of the following events, give written notice to the Secretary setting out the following details—
(a)
a change in the directors of the corporation—details of the change,
(b)
a change in the membership of the corporation’s ethics committee—details of the change,
(c)
the conviction of the corporation or a director of the corporation for a prescribed offence—details of the offence and of the penalty, if any, imposed.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
