2 Honorary Secretary
(1)
The Board must appoint a person, who may or may not be a trustee, to the position of Honorary Secretary.
(2)
A person appointed under this section holds the position until—
(a)
the Board removes the person from office, or
(b)
the end of the period specified in the instrument of appointment.
(3)
A person appointed under this section is eligible for re-appointment.
