(1)
The Chairperson presides at meetings of the Board.
(2)
If the Chairperson is absent from a meeting, the Deputy Chairperson presides at the meeting.
(3)
If both the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson are absent from a meeting, the trustees who are present may elect a trustee to preside at the meeting.
