41 Suspension of apprenticeships and traineeships pending hearing
(1)
If the Commissioner is satisfied that the gravity of a complaint justifies such action, the Commissioner may, without prior notice to the employer and apprentice or trainee, suspend the relevant apprenticeship or traineeship pending the hearing of the complaint.
(2)
The suspension of an apprenticeship or traineeship under this section has effect until the complaint is withdrawn or determined.
