2 President and Deputy President of the Board
(1)
The Board is to elect—
(a)
one of its members to be President of the Board, and
(b)
another of its members to be Deputy President of the Board.
(2)
The Board may remove a member from office as the President or Deputy President.
(3)
A person who is President or Deputy President vacates office as President or Deputy President if the person—
(a)
is removed from office by the Board, or
(b)
resigns that office by instrument in writing addressed to the Board, or
(c)
ceases to be a member.
