3 Terms of office of members
Subject to this Schedule and the regulations—
(a)
an appointed member holds office for a period of 2 years or for such greater period (not exceeding 4 years) as may be specified in the instrument of appointment, and
(b)
an elected member holds office for a period of 2 years.
