63 Staff
The Board may—
(a)
employ a Registrar and such other staff as may be necessary to enable the Board to exercise its functions, and
(b)
arrange for the use of the services of any staff (by secondment or otherwise) or facilities of a Public Service agency or a public or local authority, and
(c)
engage such consultants as it requires to exercise its functions.
