64 Examinations conducted by Board
(1)
The Board may conduct such examinations as may be required for the purposes of this Act, and may appoint examiners in respect of those examinations.
(2)
The subjects to be examined are such as may, from time to time, be determined by the Board.
(3)
The fees to be paid to examiners and the fees to be paid by candidates for examination are such as may, from time to time, be determined by the Board.
