Board may charge fees for certain services it provides

In force

(1)

The Board may charge and recover a reasonable fee for any service it provides under this Act or the regulations.

(2)

However, nothing in subsection (1) authorises the Board to charge or recover a fee in respect of—

(a)

the inspection of the Register at the offices of the Board during ordinary business hours, or

(b)

any other service, or class of services, prescribed by the regulations.
