Approved fees

In force

(1)

The Board may approve fees for the purposes of any provision of this Act in which the expression approved fee is used.

(2)

However, the Board may approve a fee for the purposes of a provision of this Act only once in any calendar year.

(3)

An approved fee in relation to a provision of this Act must not exceed the maximum amount (if any) prescribed by the regulations for that provision or generally.
