Payments from Architects Fund

In force

(1)

Money may be paid out of the Architects Fund for any of the following purposes—

(a)

the payment of any allowances and remuneration to members of the Board,

(b)

the payment of remuneration to members of staff of the Board,

(c)

the payment of any other expenses in connection with the exercise of the Board’s functions under this Act.

(2)

The Board may apply any money not required for the purposes of subsection (1) for the purpose of advancing the profession of architecture or architectural education in any manner that the Board considers to be appropriate.
