75 Investment of Architects Fund
The Board may invest money held in the Architects Fund—
(a)
if the Board is a GSF agency for the purposes of Part 6 of the Government Sector Finance Act 2018—in any way that the Board is permitted to invest money under that Part, or
(b)
if the Board is not a GSF agency for the purposes of Part 6 of the Government Sector Finance Act 2018—in any way authorised for the investment of trust funds or in any other way approved by the Minister with the concurrence of the Treasurer.
