88 Return of bail money and security
(1)
A court that makes a finding that a person granted bail is guilty or not guilty of an offence must ensure that consideration is given to returning any bail money or bail security deposited in connection with the grant of bail for the offence.
(2)
The regulations may make further provision for the return of bail money and bail security.
