4.4A Exceptions to floor space ratio for residential accommodation
The objectives of this clause are as follows—
to ensure the bulk and scale of development is compatible with the character of the locality,
to promote good residential amenity.
This clause applies to development for the purposes of dwelling houses, semi-detached dwellings, attached dwellings and dual occupancies on land identified as Area 2 on the Floor Space Ratio Map.
Despite clause 4.4(2), the floor space ratio is not to exceed the following on land to which this clause applies—
