10.2 Status of Trust
(1)
The Trust is a statutory body representing the Crown.
(2)
The Trust is subject to the control and direction of the Minister, except in relation to payments from the Biodiversity Conservation Trust Public Fund.
(3)
The Trust is to publish any directions given to the Trust by the Minister.
