10.7 Trust to conduct activities in accordance with approved business plan
The Trust must conduct its activities, as far as is practicable, in accordance with a business plan approved and published under this section.
The Trust must, no later than 6 months after the commencement of this Act and at least every 4 years thereafter, prepare and submit to the Minister a draft business plan for the conduct of its activities.
The Minister may approve a draft business plan submitted by the Trust, with such modifications (if any) as the Minister considers appropriate.
A business plan approved by the Minister is to be published by the Trust.
The regulations may make provision with respect to the preparation, approval and publication of a business plan under this section.
