6.26 Fees payable in connection with biodiversity offsets scheme
(1)
Registration of transfer of biodiversity credit (section 6.20(3)(b)) An application for the transfer of a biodiversity credit must be accompanied by an application fee of 15 fee units.
(2)
Retirement of biodiversity credit (section 6.27(3)(b)) An application to retire a biodiversity credit must be accompanied by a fee of 15 fee units.
