9.1 Exclusion of Christmas/New Year period (section 9.6)
(1)
This clause applies to the minimum public exhibition period of 4 weeks in respect of a public consultation document that is required by section 9.2 of the Act.
(2)
The period between 20 December and 10 January (inclusive) is excluded from the calculation of the minimum period of public exhibition.
