13 Continuation of biobanking agreements under TSC Act as biodiversity stewardship agreements under new Act
(1)
A biobanking agreement that was made under Part 7A of the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 and that was in force on the repeal of that Act is taken to be a biodiversity stewardship agreement entered into under Division 2 of Part 5 of the new Act.
(2)
Any such agreement that was registered by the Registrar-General under section 127I of the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 is taken to have been registered under section 5.12 of the new Act.
