24 Review by Civil and Administrative Tribunal
A person aggrieved by any of the following decisions may apply to the Tribunal for an administrative review under the Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997 of the decision—
a decision of the Secretary to refuse to grant registration,
a decision of the Secretary to suspend or cancel registration,
a decision of the Secretary to refuse an application to vary registration,
a decision of the Secretary to impose any condition on registration, or on the suspension or cancellation of registration,
a decision of the Secretary to vary registration,
a decision of the Secretary to refuse an application for the cancellation or suspension of registration.
